The urgency of the problem distance education development is caused by fact that in modern conditions requirements for specialists are radically changing. At same time, central place not use previously acquired knowledge, but generation and implementation new ideas, which dictates training. In this regard, lifelong learning becomes increasingly necessary, acquires forms meanings. Today, advances information technology telecommunications allow as a kind continuing accompanies society, because it comprehensively developed personality, able to navigate environment.
 pandemic forced universities switch e-Learning force majeure mode, served powerful impetus accelerated arming with resources them effectively practice online blended learning. these conditions, became possible implement student-centered educational paradigm. However, hindered student's lack self-organization self-motivation skills, ability take responsibility their own development. This gaining more theoretical practical importance. purpose work substantiate courses such self-management time management contribute formation competencies field goal-setting, planning, self-organization, self-control self-motivation, and, therefore, context pagadigma, they should serve preliminary study e-Learning. For this, article provides review "Time Management" content course relation task developing proactivity student’s systematically productively independent work.
